Spicy Gingerbread Cookies



Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Blend all wet ingredients plus crystallized cane juice. Stir the dry ingredients and then combine them with the wet ingredients. When the dough is mixed smooth, roll out and cut in to cookies, or flatten spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool and serve!
