Hempentashen

Ingredients

  • 2 cups prune or apple butter
  • 1/2 cup of hulled hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup hemp protein powder

Directions

Thoroughly blend the ingredients. Good on bread, crackers, and in cookies. Seal in a jar and refrigerate.
