Easy Hemp Power Pancakes



Use your usual pancake flour mix as directed and add 1 part hemp flour or hemp protein powder to 5 parts of your mix.
Add 1 cup of liquid to 1 cup of your pancake flour mix. Blend well. Cook on an oiled or non stick griddle.
Sweeten to taste with Maple Syrup.
This makes delightful pancake full of fiber, protein and flavour.
